I am reading! Mom says I am reading on a third grade level now. I still can't read Harry Potter by myself, but I'm working hard to get there! I love to read stories to my mom and brothers and even enjoy reading to myself on occasion. I really love Harry Potter. I even dressed up as Harry for Halloween.
I love Math! I especially love adding and counting money. I get an allowance now and am saving for a mission as well as for items I want to buy and Mom can't afford. I just bought "Richie Rich" on video. I love imagining what it would be like to be the richest kid in the world. I am learning to multiply. I know my 10's, 5's and 2's. It's easy once you figure out the pattern. We have a lot of fun doing math problems in the car. Well thanks for reading about what I'm doing. I'm Xander. I'm 6 years old! I like to play the 'puter. My favorite game is "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone". I also like "Riddle of the Sphinx". I am in homeschool. I love it because I get to decide what I want to learn. People act surprised when they find out I don't go to school. I do lots of fun things. I go on field trips with homeschoolers once a month, I am in ballet and even though I am sometimes embarassed to admit it, I love to dance! In fact I am adding clogging this year as well. When I grow up I want to be a film maker. Mom says I have to make good films. The kind that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. I think that sounds good. I can't to seem to find many books on the subject though.
